A clearer path to agent sign-ups

PerHead247 sells sportsbook, casino and horse racing software to bookmakers, who run their business on it as agents. I redesigned the public site in two weeks so it explained the product and got agents to sign up. New agent sign-ups grew 25% in the three months after launch.

Overview

The website is PerHead247's main sales channel. Bookmakers arrive there while comparing platforms, and each one has to decide whether this platform is reliable enough to run a book on. If the site doesn't answer that quickly, they go to a competitor.

Challenge

The old site was cluttered, image-heavy and hard to navigate. It never said what the platform included or why a bookmaker should trust it. For the business, that meant losing sign-ups from bookmakers who were already interested. For the bookmaker, it meant digging through dense pages for basic answers before deciding whether to get in touch.

Approach

I started from what a bookmaker needs to know before signing up: what the platform includes, whether it holds up under live betting, and who answers when something breaks. I rebuilt the information hierarchy around those three questions, then designed the new visual identity on top of that structure.

Key decisions

Say what it is in the first screen.

The hero states the offer in one line: everything you need to launch your sportsbook or casino. I cut the image-heavy layout to make room for it. The trade-off was showing less of the product visually.

Split the offer into Sports, Casino and Horses.

Each product gets a short block with a single line, so a bookmaker can see what's included at a glance instead of reading long paragraphs.

Treat support as a trust signal.

Phone numbers, live chat and email have their own section. When real money is moving, knowing that a person answers day or night matters as much as the feature list.

Give every section one next step.

"Get started today" repeats down the page and the contact form sits at the end, so whatever a bookmaker reads, the next action is always the same.

Outcome

New agent sign-ups grew 25% in the three months after the redesign launched.

I also designed the agent admin, a dashboard where bookmakers manage their players, lines and wagers. It's currently in development.
