Architecture & flows
Information architecture, journey maps, low-fidelity wireframes. AI accelerates structural exploration early, before high-cost decisions are locked in.
03Make
Design & prototype
Hi-fi visual design, AI-assisted prototyping, and working components. Tested with real users early and often. AI speeds up the iteration loop, design judgment stays mine.
04Ship
Handoff & iterate
Detailed specs, design system updates, paired with engineers through implementation. AI helps surface what to prioritize next, then the cycle repeats.
